A notre sujet  

 
Ayant comme idée de départ la création d’un événement dans l’art de la photographie, Jacinthe LeBlanc et Rémi Lévesque, résidents de Beaubassin-Est, ont vite développé le concept d’organiser une série d’expositions de photo-documentaires afin de célébrer les gens de leur milieu.  Le projet “Du monde de par che nous” a pris forme et lorsque six autres photographes, dont quatre habitent également à Beaubassin-Est, se sont avec enthousiasme joints à eux, le Groupe Sociofoto est né, ainsi que l’équipe de collaborateurs.   
 

  

About us 

 

Wanting to create an event in the art of photography, Jacinthe LeBlanc and Rémi Levesque, residents of Beaubassin-East, developed a concept of organizing an exhibit of a series of photo-documentaries to celebrate the people in their area. The project "Du monde de par che nous" (roughly translated “the people from our neighbourhood”) took shape and six other photographers, four of which also live in Beaubassin East, enthusiastically joined Jacinthe and Rémi and the SocioFoto Group was born, along with a small support team.
