Daniele est originaire de Tracadie, Nouveau-Brunswick.  Elle a commencé son trip de musique chez les soeurs au couvent à l’âge de 6 ans avec des cours de piano et de flute à bec.  Elle abandonn, au bout de trois ans, incapable d’apprendre à lire la musique.  Entre temps, son père lui montre quelques accords sur sa grosse guitare.

Sa rencontre avec la musique numérique, lors d’un séjour de 3 ans à San Francisco, va changer sa vie. Grâce à la technologie, elle peux finalement composer et produire de la musique, au gré de ses inspirations.  Tantôt guitares électriques, tantôt acoustiques, tantôt piano, tantôt synthétiseurs, musique à bouche et basse électrique, elle monte des harmonies sonores pour trouver le focus et le plaisir. 

 

Pour Daniele la musique est sensuelle, romantique, tragique, agressive, colorée, tendre, énergique, rythmée et pleine de personnages.

Daniele is from Tracadie, New Brunswick.  She began her adventures in music at six years old, taking music lessons in piano and flute from the nuns in Tracadie.  After three years, she abandoned, unable to learn to read music.  She began playing guitar after her father showed her a few chords. 

 

Fast forward to her introduction to digital music – while living in San Francisco for three years – which changed her life.  Thanks to this new technology, she is able to follow her inspirations and compose and produce her own music.  From electric guitar, to accoustic guitar, piano, synthesizers, harmonica and electric bass, she pulls from different instruments to weave together musical harmonies that bring her focus and joy.

 

For her, music is sensual, romantic, tragic, aggressive, vibrant, tender, energetic, rhythmic and full of a cast of different characters.
